CLASSIFICATION OF POSTERIOR TOOTH FRACTURES (PTF):

I Enamel only
II Enamel and dentine above the amelo-cemental line
III Enamel and dentine below the amelo-cemental line
IV Enamel and dentine below the attached gingiva

Using this classification please tick up to two options for the type of treatment you would usually perform in practice. The rest of the dental arches are intact. Assume Q6, 10 and 11 as premolars and all teeth are vital.
